The prices include:
Water, Light, parking lot for 1 car, IVA. Final cleaning of the bungalow (obligatory for all bungalow types): € 37,00. The following is not provided by us: Bed sheets, covers, towels (not even for bath), espresso, pan.
The tourist tax is not included and will be added, as per per resolution of the Municipality of Vieste.
Services: Bar, restaurant (with takeaway food service), food shop, BBQ, lifts by shuttle service (for accommodation located the hill area from July to August), tennis, beach, laundry room (on request Euro 5,00 for each wash), TV (on request Euro 5.00 per day), additional air conditioners for bungalows (activated on request only Euro 10.00 per day, this supplement does not apply to mobile homes); kitesurf school (for more information please contact the school)
Obligatory club-card
Swimming-pool, beach (an umbrella and two sunchairs per bungalow), 1hour of tennis (he rackets are not maid avaible). The cost is € 35 per adult person per week.
For air condition in bungalows (on request) a supplement of € 5,00 per day has to be paid; this supplement does not apply for mobil houses.
Description of the different types of bungalows:
- Type N: new built bungalow; Room with marriage-bed; small room with 2 single beds. Lounge with refrigerator, fully equipped bathroom, kitchenette. Veranda; located 80 meters away from the sea.
- Type V: New cottages, 45 squaremeters with veranda. Situated in an unbelieveable nice location with panoramic view; 200 meters away from the sea. Room with marriage-bed, small room with 2 single beds; lounge with kitchenette. fully equipped bathroom with shower; big veranda.
- Type S (two rooms): Rustic architecture, situated only few meters from the sea. Room with marriage-ned, lounge with extensible sofa (either two single beds or one double bed). Fully equipped bathroom and veranda with cooking kitchenette.
- Type S (3 rooms): Rustic construction on the sea-side with marriage-bed, another room with two single beds, entry-stay with coocking angle and couch; bath with shower and veranda.
- Type P: Either separately built cottage or some apartments together in one building; located 100 meters away from sea on a hill surrounded by stone pines. For 2 people: Room with double-bed, small lounge with kitchenette, bath and veranda.
- Mobile Houses: The Casamobile are new and consist of a bedroom, a room for the children with 2 single beds, living room with a cooking kitchenette and fridge, fully equipped. Bathroom with shower, aer conditioned; veranda with table and chairs.
- Type C: One-Room apartment or terraced house, 200 metres away from the sea situated in the hills in a pine forest. For 2 people, marriage-bed, living room with kitchenette, bath and veranda.
- Type L: Cottage made of stonework, 250 to 350 meters away from the sea; One room for 3-4 persons. Kitchenette, fully equipped bathroom and veranda.
- Type M: One Room with extensible double-bed-sofa. Fully equipped bathroom and veranda. Located ~60 meters away from the sea.
- Type A: One room with extensible double-sofa. Fully equipped bathroom and veranda. Located 200 meters away from the sea.
- Type T: One-Room apartment, marriage-bed, kitchenettte, bath and veranda.
- Type H: Sleeping room with marriage-bed; room with two single beds. lounge with refrigerator and sofa, fully equipped kitchenette; bathroom with shower; veranda, approx. 300mt from the sea.
- Type B (Two Rooms): Room with marriage-bed, kitchenette with a couch, bathroom, aircondition, veranda; 40/50 meters from the sea.
- Type B (Three rooms): Room with marriage-bed, room with 2 single beds, entrance, kitchenette with a couch and fridge, bathroom, aircondition, veranda with chairs; 40/50 meters from the sea.
